Junior Bear Chase

The Junior Bear Chase is a youth Nordic ski race for skiiers up to 16 years-old.

When: Friday, March 12, 2010
Where: Swedetown Trails

Age Group	Technique	Distance	Approx Start Time
5 & under	Classic	1 km	5:00 pm
6-7	Classic	1.5 km	5:10 pm
8-9, 10-11	Freestyle	3 km	5:25 pm
12-13, 14-16	Freestyle	6 km	5:50 pm

Registration/Bib pick-up: 4-4:30 p.m. at Swedetown Chalet.

Age classes: There are gender classes within each age class, with separate awards for boys and girls. The age classes are: 5 and under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-16.

Awards: All finishers receive a participation award. Awards will be presented for first, second and third place in each age/gender division in each race.

Fees: $7 RECEIVED BY March 11, 2000; $10 day-of-race. Mail registration forms, with check payable to Ski Tigers, to Ski Tigers, PO Box 512, Hancock MI 49930. NOTE: Registration must be RECEIVED BY March 11 to qualify as pre-registered.
