Race Registration

All races will be open until Friday, July 8. You may register on July 8 until 9:00 pm at the Keweenaw Mountain Lodge in Copper Harbor.

All runners receive a Patagonia organic cotton commemorative t-shirt. Awards include hand-crafted pottery, wild fruit preserves from the Jam Pot, and trail running gear from Patagonia, Montrail., Gregory, and Ultimate. Food and teas from Guayaki, Pearl Dove, Keweenaw Gold Honey, and Hammer Gel. Fees are:

Age Groups

2-km: 8 & under; 9-10; 11-12; 13-15

All other races: 19 & under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-69; 70+

Fill out and mail this form to KTRF, PO Box 7131, Marquette MI 49855. Make checks payable to KTRF.

Waiver: I know that running a trail race is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree not to enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risk associated with running in the event including, but not limited to: falls, the effects of weather including heat, cold, rain, snow, other forms of precipitation, high humidity, the condition of the trail, and contact with other participants, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing the facts, and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone on my behalf, waive and release the City of Hancock, the State of Michigan, owners of all land which the trail travels though, the Keweenaw Nordic Ski Club, and all sponsors, their representatives, and successors from all claims of liabilitieis of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
