Youth Races

Youth races will be between 2 km and 3 km each day, freestyle and classic. They will be mass start both days, with waves if there are enough entries. We will start youth races no earlier than 12:45 and (we hope) no later than 1:15. It depends on the snow conditions and the number of entries in the earlier races. We will have a better idea of the starting time at teh 12:30 p.m. bib pick-up.

Location

The Michigan Tech Nordic Training Center is located on the campus of Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan, in the state's western Upper Peninsula. The area receives more than 200 inches of snow each year. See the locator page for a trail map and an area map.
