Monday, May 4 – Registration Open
May 15 Prize Drawing 
Register online or at participating bike shops and the City of Houghton Office. Sign up to get paired with a bike buddy. 

Saturday, May 9 – Bike safety checkup
Get your bike checked out by the experts. Make sure your ride to work is smooth sailing. Bike safety checkups will be free at participating bike shops on Saturday: Cross County Sports in Houghton and Calumet, Downwind Sports and The Bike Shop.

Friday, May 15 – Copper Country Bike2Work Day
7:00 - 10:00 a.m. Snack Peddler on the Waterfront Trail 
Come pick up a snack to energize your cycling or walking commute at the Snack Peddler on the Waterfront trail at the bottom of Quincy Street.

- Get your wheels running sweet at the Bike Fix-it Booth
- View the new City of Houghton bike rack and more!

All Day Giveaways
Did you ride your bike to work or school? The Houghton City Police will be giving away a limited number of prizes to cyclists and pedestrians throughout the day.
Please note: Houghton students should use caution around the construction when biking or walking to the middle and high school.
